ARRK's team has significant years of experience within the Composites Industry being involved in design and production of components using advanced composite materials. Customers are from Motor Racing F1, Aerospace, Mainstream Automotive, Defence, Marine, Scientific & Medical background.
Composite tooling and component manufacture capabilities are second to none utilizing materials supplied by the worlds leading materials suppliers. Long term collaboration with OEM customers & High Tech supply partners is essential to ensure ARRK maintain their position as a leader within the composites industry.
The two water-cooled Scholz autoclaves have the following specifications:
- 5m long x 2.1m diameter, temp 200C, pressure 14 bar
- 2.2m long x 1.8m diameter, temp 175C, pressure 20 bar
The Composite centre is fully equipped with the latest technology, from a climate controlled clean room to curing ovens, freezers, autoclaves and CNC pre-preg cutting table. The quality of product and service provided to our customers are key focal points for our dedicated project managers and composites team.
Inspection rooms and secure assembly studios, equipped with CMM and calibrated surface tables, are used to ensure total quality assurance targets are met. Total traceability and process control ensure accurate monitoring of R&D and production activity thus enabling full customer feedback at all times.
ARRK ensure selection of appropriate tooling and suitable production method. Latest methods include Autoclave cure, RTM and Thermoset Closed Mould tooling & component production.
